At Wristler, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
  • To be eligible, the watch must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Any watch that shows signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your watch to initiate the exchange process.
  • If you prefer a different model or style, you may return the original item within the 15-day window and place a new order.

  • Watches that have been customized or altered after purchase are not eligible for returns.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund for any defective or damaged products after inspection.

7. Refund Exceptions
